About Us

If you or your loved one is considering assisted living, we know it's not an easy decision. Moving from your home and trusting someone else to meet your or your loved ones’ needs is a big deal and we don't take that responsibility lightly. Whether you have already made the decision to move or you aren't sure assisted living is right for you, either way, it's ok. Ask us questions, come tour, or join us for a meal. We are nestled in a residential neighborhood at 100 W. Washington Street in Jefferson. When our residents aren’t busy with the many activities they participate in, they enjoy being surrounded by the mature trees, sitting on our front patio, or gardening in our courtyard. Join us every Wednesday at 9:30 am for donuts from Bunkers, fresh coffee, and great conversation!

The Gardens is also conveniently located across the street from Greene County Medical Center, close to McFarland Clinic and minutes from surrounding communities. Come see where life is blooming!
